Dear Clients and Families,

Effective going forward, we have updated our Inclement Weather, School Closures, and Telehealth Policy to provide greater consistency and continuity of care during weather-related disruptions. When Loudoun County Public Schools close due to inclement weather, sessions will transition to telehealth. Consistent with LCPS’s established use of virtual learning, clients age 12 and older are expected to participate in telehealth if offered. If telehealth is declined, standard cancellation or no-show fees will apply. Clients under age 12 may be considered for fee waivers only when telehealth is deemed clinically inappropriate and agreed upon by the clinician. The full policy and acknowledgment are available in your client portal and apply to all sessions scheduled on or after the effective date.
