At Mauli'Ola we specialize in Trauma, Complex Trauma (CCTP 2), PTSD, Complex PTSD, Adults, Teens, Children ages 8-12, First Responders, Depression, Anxiety, Dissociative Disorders, Mood and Personality Disorders. We incorporate interventions from all therapeutic approaches, including trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), person centered, strength based and talk therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR- Level 2 Trained), trauma informed yoga practices, progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) and more. In addition, our Hero Dog, "Captain," provides Animal Assisted Therapy in most sessions depending on availability. Our sessions are typically one hour with additional add-on services if appropriate and at the discretion of the client.

We understand how difficult it can be to go through a crisis alone. Our Crisis Intervention program is designed to provide you with the support and connection you need during these challenging times. Our experienced therapists conduct thorough screenings, evaluate your situation, and create a personalized plan just for you. Animal Assisted Therapy
Welcome to our Animal Assisted Therapy program! Our trained facility dog, Hero Dogs Captain, is here to provide comfort, regulation, support, snuggles, and normalization during your therapy sessions. This researched-based intervention has been shown to reduce anxiety and increase happiness and engagement. We are excited to help you experience the benefits of animal-human interaction. Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) with Kimberly
Finding the right therapy for PTSD and trauma-related disorders can be a difficult journey. That is why we offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), designed to heal the body's emotions through bilateral stimulation. Our trained EMDR provider offers a safe and supportive space for you to process your trauma and take the first step towards healing.
Movement and Progressive Relaxation
Stress and anxiety can take a toll on your mental and physical health, so it's essential to find effective ways to manage them. Integrating Movement and Progressive Relaxation therapy into your therapy session combines the benefits of nature, stretching, and calming breathing exercises to help you relieve stress and improve your overall wellbeing. Trauma Focused Yoga
Our Trauma Focused Yoga service is designed to help individuals who have experienced trauma to heal and recover. We have a clinician currently in training who will be able to provide trauma yoga services, using a trauma-based approach to address PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. First Responder Support Group
Our First Responder Support Group connects individuals who have dedicated their lives to serving their communities. We help form peer-to-peer relationships to provide a space for those currently serving or retired to share their stories and experiences. Our mission is to create an ongoing support system for those dealing with PTSD or complex repetitive trauma, so no one has to go through it alone. Please reach out to us directly for meeting times.
