Adrienne Freeland, MS, CCTP
Resident in Counseling
Adrienne has recently completed her Clinical Mental Health Counseling Internship with The Blue Ridge Hospice Grief and Loss Support Services team. She comes to us with a background in Recreational Therapy and as a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor, PATH CTRI.
Adrienne has served a variety of individuals throughout her career, with her early career emphasis on Neurological Rehabilitation in the Inpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation setting. The past ten plus years saw her providing Equine Assisted Learning, EAL groups for active military, veterans, First responders, college campuses, corporate team building, and those grieving. Adrienne’s mission for this chapter of life is to continue to serve those experiencing isolation and loneliness as a Resident in CMHC.
Adrienne will be sitting with her clients in the office location downtown and on her farm located 3 miles from our current location.
