Yes, Mauli'Ola offers both in-person sessions and secure video sessions via telehealth. Availability depends on the therapist’s practice and schedule.
Yes, Mauli'Ola Therapy accepts most Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Carefirst BCBS, Cigna, Optum/United insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and plan; co-pays or deductibles may apply. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage.

All insurances will be billed at the contracted reimbursement rates
Licensed Therapist (LPC) Rate: $175.00 self pay per 55-minute session, $250.00 self pay for crisis session
Resident Therapists- $125.00 self pay per 55 minute session, $175.00 self pay for crisis session
Intern Therapist Rate - $85.00 self pay per 55 minute session
When Loudoun County Public Schools close due to inclement weather, sessions will transition to telehealth. Consistent with LCPS’s established use of virtual learning, clients age 12 and older are expected to participate in telehealth if offered. If telehealth is declined, standard cancellation or no-show fees will apply. Clients under age 12 may be considered for fee waivers only when telehealth is deemed clinically inappropriate and agreed upon by the clinician.
